This document guides Replacement, Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy that shall apply to you as the user of the website https://vnnsports.com  online platform of Victorious Natural Nutrition Private Ltd. This Replacement Returns and Cancellation Policy can be amended from time to time.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we will be happy to assist you.  It is easy to return the product. Our customer friendly policy gives you freedom to raise a return request within 15 calendar days of receipt the product. You can drop a whatsapp message or inform us by calling our customer care number and we shall arrange the (parcel) pickup within 2-7 working days.  Our pickup partner shall make 2 attempts to pick up the product. In case parcel is not picked up by the second attempt company will consider your return request completed.  There is no return charge and we will process a full refund back to the original payment method. Please make sure the return parcel is ready and ensure that you return all items for which the request was raised.  For a successful return, product must be unused and protection seal should be intact. Cancellation Policy

Yes, you can cancel your order before the dispatch by informing us through whatsapp message or by calling our customer care number. For successful cancellations, we will process a full refund back to the original payment method.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your full refund.  The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. We may refuse a refund/replacement request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles us to a claim against you or for any other reasons as mentioned above. For successful cancelation/return orders, we shall process the full refund within 2-5 business days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For payments made via credit card, debit card or net banking you shall receive the refund on the same account from which the payment has been made. However, it may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, as per your respective bank timelines.
